We want you to love your ride! Our returns policy is built to be fair, simple, and transparent. If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. All we ask is that items are returned in ‘as-new’ condition so we can keep delivering great bikes and great prices to every rider.
Standard Policy: 30 days after you receive your order
Checkout+: 60 days after you receive your order
Shop with confidence, knowing your purchases are protected every step of the way.
Change of Mind: You can return an unused item within the time frame above.
Sizing Returns: If you bought the wrong size bike, you can exchange it for the same model in another size or for a different bike, with the value issued as store credit. To help avoid sizing issues, we encourage you to check our Size Guide or book a call with our bike experts before making your purchase.
Our Fault: If we shipped the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, or it doesn’t function as intended, we’ll fix it promptly at no cost to you; just let us know within 7 days of receiving it.
Outlet & Ex-Demo Items are Final Sale. Final Sale means they are not eligible for return under our standard policy. If you purchased Checkout+, you may return the item for store credit.
We understand you may want to check sizing or fit:
✅ Allowed: A living room test fit or a short ride on a clean, paved surface.
❌ Not Allowed: Off-road use, or any visible signs of dirt, grime or wear to tires, drivetrain, frame, or components.
We take care in sending your order, please do the same when sending it back. If an item is returned with minor wear or dirt, a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply.
Why We Have These Rules
Keeping returned items in ‘as-new’ condition helps us resell them and keep costs low for all our customers. Items that are used, dirty, or damaged can’t be resold without costly repairs, which is why we may charge a restocking fee in these cases. Following our guidelines helps us keep prices low for every rider.
Inspections and refunds are completed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method; please note your bank may take up to 10 business days to process.
Store credit is issued immediately after inspection.
